Draft Plans on Public Exhibition

Council is pleased to present the Draft Plans that will shape the Fairfield City community over the next four years.

The plans that are on public exhibition for the community's review and feedback are:

The Draft 2025-2035 Fairfield City Plan outlines the community’s vision, priorities, goals and strategies for the next ten years.
The Draft 2025/26-2028/29 Delivery Program outlines what Council has planned to deliver over the next four years.
The Draft 2025-2026 Operational Plan is the first year of the 2025/26-2028/29 Delivery Program and is developed to provide the detailed information about Council’s projects, services and major programs planned for that financial year. It also includes the Draft 2025-2026 Pricing Policy, Fees and Charges.
The Draft 2025/26-2034/35 Long Term Financial Plan is a decision-making tool that works towards our long-term goal for Council to be financial sustainable.

These plans can be viewed at Council’s Administration Centre, Libraries, Leisure Centres, Fairfield City Museum and Gallery, and Fairfield City HQ. All feedback received will be considered at a future Council meeting prior to adoption.

The Operational Plan will be on public exhibition from 28 March to 29 April 2025.
