Vincent Lim
Vincent Yeow Lim, also known as Dim Sim Lim and the ‘Wolf of Wok Street’ is a highly esteemed chef/restauranteur who has gained international recognition for his exceptional culinary skills and expertise in Southeast Asian cuisine.
Vincent has showcased wok cooking to the world in a new and entertaining style through social media. He has amassed more than 4M followers across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
Working at the first-class lounge at Emirates allowed him to cook for celebrities such as Daniel Riccardo, Rafael Nadal, and the Prince of Dubai. He then moved on to cooking and hosting the Australian Music Awards, collaborating with KFC to create the world's first ‘Peking Cluk Burger’ to speak on one of the largest stages in the world at TEDx Sydney about ‘The nostalgia behind Chinese food’.
From there, he has appeared in countless TV appearances such as on Snackmasters, The Cook Up, The Morning Show, Channel 10, Channel 7, and SBS. But his proudest achievements would be opening his own 200-seater restaurant at the age of 22 after his father passed away and realising his true passion for wok cooking.
