Local Infrastructure Contributions (Development Contributions)

Your development may require the payment of a local infrastructure contribution (formerly called development contributions) to fund infrastructure including parks and open space, community facilities, recreational facilities, cycleways and walking tracks, stormwater detention and public domain improvements in the town centres.

Planning Proposals

Development of flood affected land requires detailed information such as flood level contours and flood risk precincts. If you have purchased Section 10.7 (2) & (5) Planning Certificate for a flood affected property, you can request this additional information to assist with your development.
