Gyms in Parks Term 2, 2023 - Allambie Park & Emerson Park

FREE fitness sessions using the outdoor fitness equipment at Allambie Park (Bossley Park) and Emerson Park (Wetherill Park) 

Commencing Monday 8 May and finishing on Thursday 29 June 2023

Choose a Program

• Program 1:  Mondays and Wednesdays 9:30 – 10:30am, Allambie Park, Bossley Park 2176
• Program 2: Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30 - 10:30am, Emerson Park, Wetherill Park 2164

Register online or register at the park on the first day of your preferred program! 

Qualified fitness instructors will train and guide you through exercises using the equipment. Participants will receive fitness assessments at the beginning and end of the program to measure their progress.
