Desktop computer, iPad and smart phones

Free Wi-Fi is available at all our branches. We also offer copying, printing and scanning services.

We have USBs and mobile device charging cables that you can borrow for up to 3 hours using your library card. These must be used inside our libraries. 

Kobo eReaders & Fire Tablets

Get the most out of our digital library resources with a Kobo eReader and Fire Tablet. Both devices are available to borrow at all our branches with a special extended loan period of six weeks. Please see customer service staff for assistance. 

Kobo eReader

Enjoy all your Cloud Library selections on a compact and lightweight eReader that's comfortable to hold and read. The model available for loan is the Kobo Aura Edition 2.  

  • Great for travelling and reading on the go.
  • Have multiple books available to you all in one place. 
  • Offline reading, no internet required (transfer your downloaded books onto the device). For more information, click here.
  • Loan includes cable for charging, pouch, sleep cover case and wall charger. 

Fire Tablet

Explore all our digital library apps using the Fire Tablet. The model available for loan is the Amazon Fire 7 (5th Generation).

Computers & iPads

PC's with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016 are available for use at all our library locations.

PC's are free to use for up to two hours per day, per library membership.

Files need to be saved to email or a USB.

PC's can be reserved ahead of time by clicking here.

iPads are available at all our library locations for free browsing. No membership is required to use our iPads. 

Printing & Photocopying

Printing and photocopying is available at all our library locations. To use these services, add value to your card via the Monitor Kiosks located in our branches or online. For help, click here.

Printing

Printing can be completed from our public computers, your own device (via the Monitor Mobile app or web printing) or from a USB.

Photocopying

Photocopying is available at Bonnyrigg Library, Fairfield Library, Wetherill Park Library and Whitlam Library Cabramatta.

Current prices for printing and photocopying:
A4 Black and White    $0.30 per side
A4 Colour   $0.50 per side
A3 Black and White    $0.50 per side
A3 Colour    $1.00 per side

 

Scanning

Scanning to a USB is available at all our library locations.

Scanning is free.

USB's are available for loan for up to 3 hours to assist with scanning. Late fees apply.

Faxing

Faxes can be sent within Australia.

The service is available from:

  • Bonnyrigg Library

Faxing cost is $1.10 per side.

Fairfield City Library app

Access Fairfield City Library from your device. Manage your account, search the catalogue, access Council services, renew and reserve books

Monitor Mobile app
