Bonnyrigg Living Communities Planning Agreement
The planning agreement relates to the redevelopment of the Bonnyrigg Living Communities precinct and includes the following community benefits:
- the design and construction of new roads and upgrade of existing roads;
- design, construction and embellishment of public open space;
- design and construction of water management system that includes manage of stormwater quantity and improvement of its quality;
- design and construct a new community facility / building within the estate;
- provide a range of community services within Bonnyrigg, including payment of monetary contributions for Council to provide these facilities; and
- Provide public art.
