Council has received funding under the Federal Black Spot Program to upgrade the roundabout at the intersection of Polding Street and Marlborough Street. This proposal is to help reduce motorists speeding at/near the intersection and to improve the safety of road users. There would be a loss of ten (10) on-street parking spaces associated with this proposal.
