Lease/Licence Community Land

In pursuance of the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is hereby given that Fairfield City Council proposes to licence and/or lease the Community Land listed in Schedule 1.

Schedule 1

  • Address: 13 Prince Street, Canley Vale, NSW. Lot 3/234836 - Hall
  • Address: 51 Oxford Street, Smithfield, NSW. Part Lot 88/35591 - Hall

Council intends to licence and/or lease the premises in Schedule 1 under the following terms:

Use: Community related activities
Term: Up to 5 years
Licensee: Non-for-Profit and/or Charitable Organisations

All persons are hereby invited to make submissions concerning the proposal to the General Manager, Fairfield City Council by close of business Monday, 7th April 2025. Submissions can be emailed to property@fairfieldcity.nsw.gov.au or by mail to PO Box 21 Fairfield, NSW 1860. Please note that under the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, such submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration.
