Arts on Prescription Volunteer

Time Commitment: Thursday morning, once a week, fixed term.

Position Description:

We're searching for a volunteer to provide support to the Arts on Prescription team at the Centre for Positive Ageing, Hammondville.

Tasks may include:

  • Encouraging participant engagement in performance activities
  • Providing connection and conversation for participants
  • Moving between group and 1:1 sessions with the performance artist
  • Assisting coordinator with preparation and pack down of materials
  • The sessions will be held on Thursday morning for 1-2 hours in school term time.
