ABOUT THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD

Fairfield City is located 32 kilometres South-West of the Sydney Central Business District (CBD), covers an area of some 104 square kilometres, incorporating 27 suburbs and is bounded by the Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Penrith, Liverpool, Cumberland, Canterbury Bankstown and Blacktown.

ABOUT THE EOI

Fairfield City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from organisation(s) that have appropriate certifications, qualifications, capacity, experience and a high standard of capability who can deliver the best value for money for the construction of eight proposed roundabouts, associated road works, lighting upgrade works, drainage, signage and line marking as well as construction and/or demolition of various concrete features as required across 8 locations.

Respondents enquiries should be directed to Procurement via the online forum. Responses can be submitted via the Electronic Tendering eProcure Online Response Form.

Respondents TO NOTE 

In the preparation and submission of the EOI and without limiting the Respondents obligations, the Respondent shall submit a response which includes all requirements including the EOI Declaration and any other declaration required completely filled in together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the Submission complete. The Respondents shall not submit a response without a firm intention to proceed nor engage in any form of collusive practice not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: 

EOI closes at 2.30 pm AEST on Wednesday 19 June 2024 and submissions must be received in full prior to this time. Late submissions may not be accepted.
